The Weak Day Protocol is a simple, rule-based fallback system designed to help you stay upright and in control on bad days — especially when your energy is gone and your mind feels foggy.
It is built for the days when most systems fail — not for your “good days.”
This Service is not:
- A productivity system
- A motivation program
- A promise to “change your life”
- Medical, psychological, legal, tax, financial, or investment advice
2. No Guarantees or Results Claims
We make no promises or guarantees regarding:
- Income, revenue, profit, or business outcomes
- Specific results, transformation, or life changes
- Any outcome beyond what you personally apply and follow
Any examples are illustrative only. Your results depend entirely on your actions, context, and consistency.
3. User Responsibility
By using this Service, you acknowledge that:
- You are fully responsible for your decisions and actions
- You decide how (and whether) to apply the materials

This is a one-time purchase.

- No recurring charges
We may update or refine the Service over time.
5. Refund Policy (Stay Upright Guarantee)
The Service includes a “Stay Upright Guarantee”:
- If you don’t handle at least one weak day without collapsing within 30 days, you may request a full refund by emailing our support team within that 30-day window.
- No questions asked. No hard feelings.
Refund requests made after 30 days will not be honored.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided — including the text, frameworks, worksheets, processes, naming, structure, and branding — are our intellectual property.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any part of the materials
- Upload or post the materials publicly
- Create derivative products based on the materials
- Share login/access with others
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent the Service or claim it as your own
- Redistribute or sell any part of the content
- Attempt to bypass access controls or platform restrictions
Access may be revoked if misuse is detected.
8. Limitation of Liability
